- Nottingham City Council is seeking providers from experienced and qualified operators for inclusion on Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will be used to provide taxi and small vehicle passenger transport services.

Abstract: The DPS will consist of 2 lots. There is no limit on the number of providers accepted onto each lot. Suppliers can apply for either or both lots:1) ad-hoc routes;2) regular routes.In addition to Nottingham City Council, this contract will be available to the following authorities to use at any point during the contract term:1) Derby City Council;2) Nottingham City CCG;3) Nottingham North East CCG;4) Nottingham West CCG;5) Rushcliffe CCG;6) Mansfield and Ashfield CCG;7) Newark and Sherwood CCG;8) Bassetlaw CCG.The DPS is a 2 stage process that will be used as a mechanism through which the Contracting Authority will procure transport services. The DPS is open during its lifecycle, which means that following the initial establishment of the DPS, providers can apply to the DPS at any point in time.The assessment is based on the responses to the questions within the Form of Tender. Some of the criteria within this assessment are Pass / Fail questions and therefore all of these questions must be passes and the quality threshold of 75% must be met regarding the Quality Assessment elements in the Form of Tender in order to be successfully admitted onto the DPS.
