Project Description : Network Rail seeks to appoint suppliers to provide PPE products, Laundry services for PPE garments across all regions and to provide One Team uniforms for our London stations for the Southern Region.
The proposed framework agreement will be awarded for an initial term of 5 years with options to extend for a further period of up to 3 years either on an annual basis or longer periods at Network Rail-s discretion thus a total contract period of 8 years. The extension options will be exercised subject to the framework suppliers- performance and the availability of funding in CP7 & CP8.
The framework agreement will be split into different lots as set out below, a single contract will be awarded per lot.

Lot 1 Arc Flash Garment & Ancillaries
Lot 2 Foul Weather Garment
Lot 3 Green Veg & Chain Saw
Lot 4 Hi Vis Polycotton Workwear
Lot 5 Safety Boots & Footwear
Lot 6 Ancillaries
Lot 7 Laundry services
Lot 8 One Team Uniform
Lot 9 Telecoms Ancillaries
There is no limit on how many Lots can be awarded to any one single supplier
The framework agreement is due to start on 1st February 2023.
The frameworks will be used to procure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
