Young Persons Transitions - Market Engagement
The Council is considering options to provide Transitions services including procuring the services from a provider.
Scope: Support at risk young people to make a successful transition from age 14 to 19 (up to 25 for young people with an EHCP): Focused support to young people with SEND who have an EHCP to make a successful transition. Targeted support to key vulnerable groups, such as children in care, care leavers, young carers, electively home educated and young people with SEND.

Expected contract duration: 5 + 2 years
The Council is running a focused market engagement process to provide an overview of the services , the timeline and the procurement process. This will include a provider engagement session planned for the 24th July 2024 12.30 - 2.30pm. Providers will have the opportunity to ask questions or provide feedback on the service delivery and the procurement process during the session or by message through the Pro Contract e-tendering solution up to 26th July. Providers are invited to express interest in participating in the engagement process.
