Description : Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) are seeking an established and recognised weather forecasting company with appropriate skills and resource available to undertake winter highways weather forecasting services. The Tender Process seeks to determine the most economically advantageous Tender for the Authority. This will be a compliant and sustainable (i.e. not "abnormally low") bid with an overall score higher than any other Bidder's overall score.SpecificationForecast Service: Domain based forecasting service.
