Description : Westminster City Council (the Authority) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisation to submit a bid to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of right to light (the Services).
It is anticipated that the framework will cover three key areas/property type and contracts will be awarded accordingly. The three key areas will be:
— high rise,
— mixed,
— residential.
