- Lintel Replacement and Rot Works Project including- stripping the dilapidated east turret-s lead flat roof back to its timber deck and replacing in new code 8 lead;- removing and replacing cracked stone lintels in matching profiles, dimensions and stone;- removing and replacing dry rot affected internal timber safe lintels;- allowing for all necessary temporary propping to facilitate all lintel replacement works;- replacing all dry rot affected rafters to the second floor stairwell;- applying a fungicide spray solution to masonry walls on completion of the removal of dry rot affected timbers;- firestopping works;- internal decoration and recarpeting works and further miscellaneous works.
