We are urgently seeking expressions of interest for providers, or a consortium of providers, who are able to provide additional assessment and rehabilitation beds for patients in Leeds. These beds will meet the health and care needs of patients over the age of 18 who are currently in hospital but no longer require acute hospital care, but who cannot be immediately discharged to their own homes without a further period of bedded recovery, rehabilitation and assessment.
