This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being issued in order to formally commence market engagement activities for UKRI-3977 Innovate UK Monitoring Services. UKRI intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as a means of identifying Monitoring Service Providers (MSPs) and awarding contracts for monitoring services. Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation, is the UK's innovation agency. Our mission is to help companies to grow through their development and commercialisation of new products, processes and services, supported by an outstanding innovation ecosystem that is agile, inclusive and easy to navigate. Innovate UK provides grant funding to organisations involved in developing technology and science innovations. It is vital for Innovate UK that the performance and progress of publicly funded projects are monitored to ensure that the funding is used effectively. An MSP is Independent to Innovate UK and will be assigned to a successful project as the primary point of contact for the project participants. The key objective of the MSP is to observe, provide expert guidance and effectively report on project performance, to meet the monitoring objectives set by Innovate UK.
