The UK Infrastructure Bank ('UKIB') is the UK government-owned policy bank, focused on increasing infrastructure investment across the United Kingdom. UKIB is partnering with the private sector and local government to finance a green industrial revolution and drive growth across the country. UKIB seeks to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (‘DPS-) for the provision of expert advice.

UKIB requires expert advice and assurance services on its investment into companies relating to green transport, critical minerals, clean energy and grid, water, waste, carbon capture and storage, battery storage and gigafactories, and digital infrastructure amongst other sectors.
