- Procurement for Toilets & Washrooms Refurbishment Works Programme at St George's Hospital, Tooting. Works Period Aug 2025 to Feb 2026. This is a sub-threshold 2 stage procurement under the Procurement Act 2023. Stage 1 is open to all suppliers. Stage 2 (the tendering stage including a pricing response) will be limited to the top six scoring suppliers in stage 1. The stage 1 submission deadline is 5pm Friday 30th May. Please download the procurement docs on the portal and read them urgently. Start by reading doc 01 (the procurement process document) and the project brief (doc 02). If you do not meet the pass/fail criteria, your response will be rejected, so please read the Supplier Questionnaire carefully before deciding to participate.
