The Provision of Residential Placements for Children and Young People aged 7 years and Above with Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs across four sites - Brickendon, Cassiobury, Clothall and Melbourne
The Council wish to procure Residential Placements for Children and Young People aged 7 years and Above with Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs across four sites - Brickendon, Cassiobury, Clothall and Melbourne. It is envisaged there will be a 'Block Contract' arrangement with up to four (4) Providers to provide an OFSTED registered residential home utilising the Council's existing properties for Children and Young People aged 7 years and above. This service is designed to meet the needs of children and young people who may display levels of challenging behaviour and complex needs. Needs may include trauma, attachment, mental health including hospital step down, neurodevelopment (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD and or Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD), substance use and child criminal or sexual exploitation presenting with high levels of risk. All 4 sites will be advertised under one Tender Notice with 4 different Lots
