Description:
Tenders are invited for Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (the ‘-Council--) as part of the ongoing improvement to Moira Demesne Moira. The Council are proposing to procure a timber frame unit with powder coated metal sheeting with colour to match the cladding of the existing changing pavilion and flat roof finish. The building will facilitate the local community members to do a variety of activities from manual crafts to gardening. This will be a Contractor designed element and will include cladding, the structure, internal fit out, hard landscaping and the concrete base that it is fixed to. The Contractor will connect to the existing adjacent pillar for electricity and the building for water and provide a meter for each in the new building. They will also connect into the adjacent storm and foul sewers The existing path and paving to be done separately by the client.
