- The Authority is seeking to establish a framework for the provision and delivery of high quality accommodation and/or support for 16-25-year olds, with a specific focus on looked after children and care leavers. Services will work towards developing or sustaining a young person's capacity to live independently within the community and avoid unnecessary use of more intensive forms of support. This notice is to engage and inform the market of the intention to go out to market via the open tendering process within the next few months. Lot structure and contract term to be defined, all dates and values are estimated at this stage.
