Description : The Scottish Police Authority (SPA) has released this PIN as a Request for Information (RFI) to potential suppliers of DNA extraction, DNA quantification and PCR amplification kits.
The objective of this exercise is to seek your views regarding the future supply of kits for DNA extraction, DNA quantification and PCR amplification of autosomal STR (short tandem repeat) loci for DNA profiling in a forensic science context.
By engaging with you (as well as others in the market place) this will ensure you have an opportunity to help shape and influence future contractual arrangements for the SPA.
