Description : Central Region - East / West / East Midlands & NorthNorth Region - Northern England / Scotland / Northern IrelandAmey is required to undertake an annual programme of Kitchen replacements.A Kitchen Replacement shall be the supply and fitting of a kitchen, including the following works:- Replacement of kitchen units, worktops and associated items.- Splash back / wall tiling is to be provided above kitchen worktops and behind cooker spaces to skirting level.- The completion of associated electrical including spurs and plumbing works.- Full re-decoration of kitchen including doors and woodwork.- Replacement of the complete floor covering with sheet vinyl, slip resistant flooring.- Replacement of extractor fan and ceiling light.- The Supplier shall provide all consumables to deliver a Kitchen Replacement.The pricing for Kitchen replacement will be based upon the category of property.Amey have been tasked by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation through the Future Defence Infrastructure Service to deliver the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service for the Central and North Regions...
