Description : North Region - Northern England / Scotland / Northern Ireland Brief Scope of Works- Boiler removal and replacement including new flue- All existing and new condensate pipes are to be routed or rerouted to remain within the building fabric. Note: This may require boiler relocation- Boilers in bedroom are to be relocated- Three-way valve removal and replacement- Central heating pump and isolation valves replacement (heat only boilers)- Install / replace frost stat- Room thermostat removal and replacement with manual, digital control, if required- Installation of new TRVs and lockshield valves- Heating system to be fully drained and powerflushed- Installation of magnetic system filter- Introduction of a rust inhibitor - Electric / thermostatic shower replacement - Vented / unvented cylinder replacement - including insulation of associated exposed pipework and back up immersion replacement. ... - Documents :
