Wirral Council has issued this Soft Market Testing (SMT) to raise awareness of a forthcoming contract opportunity for the delivery of a Short Breaks Service for adults with disabilities, learning disabilities and/or autism and to give interested parties the option to participate in a Soft Market Testing (SMT) exercise.
This exercise aims to provide the Council with the market providers- views on its proposed approach and to help shape the procurement documents and service design that appeal to current markets and offer value for money solutions.
