Soft Market Test - Social Care Case Management System
This Soft Market Test is desired to deliver an understanding of what potential suppliers are in the market and to what efforts they can make to meet the service requirements.

Brent Council has a requirement for software for the case management of Adult Social Care and Children-s Social Care services. The contract with the Council-s current system provider expires in May 2025.

For the subsequent contract, the Council will need to migrate from the current on-site Oracle Database Server to a Cloud-based platform. The timeframe for migration has therefore been factored into the timings for the re-procurement of a case management system.

In order to enter into a new contract, Brent Council are undertaking a soft market testing exercise to validate system requirements against the market.
