Soft Market Test For Care Assessment Sensor Based Monitoring & Reporting
The aim of the Council-s requirement is to provide Practitioners with a proactive and managed activity monitoring service that supports the completion of objective evidence-based care needs assessments of adults with dementia, learning disabilities, autism and other complex conditions. This will contribute to achieving the Council-s vision of “right care, right time, right place, right information, right choices” and introduce a TEC First approach in Cornwall.

The Council-s requirement is to source a temporary and managed ‘plug & go- system that consists of, but is not limited to, activity, movement and door sensors connected via a central digital hub, that gathers data generated to chart the activity of individuals- day-to-day capabilities and better inform care needs assessments.
