Description : The University of Exeter is looking to appoint a supplier to provide evaluation, in line with ESIF and ERDF requirements, of the Smartline Extension Project. The successful bidder will be required to provide the following documents:• An updated Logic Model (the current model will be provided to the successful contractor) with measures and indicators for anticipated outcomes and impacts).• An evaluation plan - describing proposed approach to measuring additionality and the data collection methodologies. • Research instruments (e.g. questionnaires, topic guides)• Draft and Final "Summative Assessment" report addressing each of the research questions and meeting the Summative Assessment Guidance issued by the Managing Authority.• Competition of the Summary Assessment Report Summary template provided by the Managing Authority• Presentation to the Project Management Group.
