The Council is publishing this PIN to give Providers advance notice of their intention to establish a multi-supplier, multi- lot framework agreement through a future tender opportunity..The Council seeks innovative approaches from Providers in the delivery and promotion of Shared Lives Services. Providers will have a responsibility to remain knowledgeable about the latest developments in Shared Lives Services nationally, through either having or gaining membership with the Shared Lives Plus scheme..The model centres on Shared Lives Carers sharing their home, family and community life in the interest of offering Service Users the opportunity for fulfilling, safe and active lives. Service Users will integrate with, and become part of family life, participating in family events with the Shared Lives Carer and getting to know and enjoy the Carer-s family and friends. The Shared Lives Service Providers will ensure a focus on high quality personalised support which meets the needs and requirements of the individuals as identified in their outcome-based support plan.
