Description : Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is undertaking a competitive with negotiation procurement process for the Provision of a Community Specific E-Rostering System.Currently the organisation has an e-Rostering System that covers circa 50% of the organisation. The system also facilities the bank and agency management for the Trust and provides the Intermediate Care units with a Safer Nursing Care Tool.The Trust is looking to expand the scope of e-Rostering to cover all operational services within the organisation. The Staff groups covered within this scope are:• Nursing• Additional Clinical Services• Allied Health Professionals• Medical and Dental• Administrative and Clerical• Estates and Facilities• Healthcare ScientistsThe size of the organisation is 375 substantive teams and 5624 staff members. Temporary workers (bank and agency) also fall into scope.A rostering solution is being explored that can provide e-Rostering for Agenda for Change and Medical staff groups. Along side this, a bank and agency management solution are required that it also applicable to Agenda for Change and Medical staff groups.
