Chemonic Group UK Limited, implementing the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) as part of international technical assistance, invites you to submit a tender proposal for the Routine repair of sanitary facilities on the ground floor of Lyceum No. 3, located at: 22 Shevchenko Street, Okhtyrka, Sumy Region.

PFRU-2 is a multi-donor programme managed by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine.

As part of its project activities, PFRU-2 is seeking a service provider for the ongoing repair of sanitary facilities on the ground floor of Lyceum No. 3, located at 22 Shevchenko Street, Okhtyrka, Sumy Region.
Please note the following important provisions of the tender:

the deadline for submitting proposals is 10 December 2025, 15:00 Kyiv time;
all questions regarding the terms of the tender must be sent no later than 27 November 2025, 15:00 Kyiv time;
all communication regarding the tender shall be in writing only to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com;
the FPSU-2 project is exempt from taxes, fees and VAT in the partner country. Therefore, FPSU-2 will pay for goods and services without VAT;
