- National Highways is considering holding a potential competition for the Roadside Diagnostic Device Toolkit and your company has been identified as a previously interested party. A Use Case document is being prepared as material for potential interested parties. National Highways has not yet determined a budget for delivery of these requirements.
Considering all this information, please can you respond to the below Premarket Engagement timetable and indicate if you would / would not be able to participate in the event.

Current Situation
The RDDT toolkit comprises Wintester and Mote tools that supports key essential maintenance and commissioning services for all Signals, Signs and Midas roadside devices. We are intending to replace the existing toolkit with a modernised capability to be designed, developed and procured. Mote and Wintester are the only tools used for commissioning and maintenance work of Message Signs and Signals and Midas. Without these essential tools all new schemes including RIS works will be significantly delayed and maintenance works impacted.
