The PIN is designed to gain market intelligence and then impact the choice of procurement. Ideally, we envisage working with a multi-trade contractor but are open to a framework of smaller suppliers.R&M and Voids Maintenance Services with some cyclical servicing EM Lighting Servicing, Blender Value Services, PAT, Smoke Detector servicing and EICRs.
