This specification sets out Kent County Council-s (KCC) requirements to commission an organisation to develop and deliver a training package aimed at Drug and Alcohol Community Treatment Service workers within the geographic area of Kent County Council (where the document refers to ‘Kent- it is in reference to the geographic area covered by KCC).
