- West Northamptonshire Council is seeking consultancy support to undertake a comprehensive review of its street cleansing services across the authority area. The consultant will evaluate the current service delivery models, resources, standards of cleanliness, and equipment effectiveness. Recommendations are required to harmonise and optimise the street cleansing service from June 2028, addressing resource allocation, equipment, scheduling, procurement options, and best practice from comparable authorities.
