Description : This is a request for an independent review, assessment and recommendations relating to the healthcare information flows through the Criminal Justice System from the point of first contact with police through courts and into prison or release into the community at any time. This is for professional services of a suitably experience and competent provider to carry out this work within the agreed time scales and budget.
