Description : As part of our partnership with Tesco, WWF-UK is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced consultancy firm to create an overview of carbon emission assessments used globally in these farmed fish and shrimp species: Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Sea Bass, Sea Bream, Pangasius, Whiteleg shrimp and Tiger prawn, sourced by Tesco. The consultant will develop a report to set out which assessments of carbon emissions are used in general in farmed fish and shrimp species (sourced by Tesco), including production method. The goal is to assess which method of measuring and recording carbon emissions is the most effective for each farmed fish and shrimp species and production method and use the findings to advocate for alignment in the sector.
