Description : This notice is in regarding the tender for the replacement of marine engines for the vessel Lady Aileen which is stationed at the London Port Health Authorities River Divisional Office, Quarantine Station, Denton Nr Gravesend Kent. Two Tier 3 IMO engines including compatible gearboxes, shafts and propellers are required to be installed within a 50 mile radius of the LPH Divisional Office in Denton Kent.The budget for the replacement of engines as detailed in the paragraph above is £300,000. A separate risk budget of £50,000 is only available for any unforeseen alterations/additional works to the vessel which may only be identified when the vessel is lifted out of the water.
