Description : The Council of the London Borough of Hillingdon requires a Contractor to undertake the structural repairs for the entire block at Mayfield Close, UB10 0DU.The proposed repairs are to the Balconies, Brickwork, Rainwater System and Storm Water Drains at 47-53 Mayfield Close.Works will include taking down of the rear brick parapet walls to the balconies, to deck level and cart away, and good brick return walls to both side of each balcony. New railings and gutters for the balcony. repairs to the brickwall by raking out and pointing to a depth of 30mm and install "Helifix" stainless steel bar, 6mm diameter x 1000mm long, with Helibond cementitious grout at 300mm centres vertically, and repoint in positions as directed by Contract Administrator, to include all necessary staging, support etc. Remove gutters, facias, soffits ...
