Description:
Eastleigh Borough Council is the freehold landowner of 3 St Johns Road, Hedge End, SO30 4AA, which is currently vacant.

The Council is seeking to split 3 St Johns Rd into two separate units and refurbish them to facilitate the relocation of two existing tenants - a florist and a hair dressers. The refurbishment requires a combination of internal and external works, including replacement windows and doors, modifications to internal walls, upgraded Mechanical and Electrical systems and a refurbishment of internal finishes.

This ITT has been prepared by Eastleigh Borough Council for the purposes of inviting contractors with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a tender for the refurbishment of 3 St Johns Rd, Hedge End.

The opportunity will be tendered in two stages:

• Stage 1: Expression of Interest (EOI) consisting of a Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) and Technical Envelope. Tenders will be evaluated and a maximum of 5 contractors invited to stage 2.

• Stage 2: Full Tender - Issue of Plans, PCI, and a Schedule of Works for contractors to price against.
