Description : St Helens Borough Council are seeking competitive tenders from competent and experienced contractors for the provision of a Site for the acceptance and bulking of Recyclable Materials for onward transportation, processing, sale, treatment and disposalThe Contract is being procured in two Lots:Lot 1: Provision of a Site for the acceptance and bulking of Recyclable Materials (dry recyclable wastes and food waste); the onward transportation, processing, sale and disposal of dry recyclable wastes; and the onward transportation of food waste.Lot 2: Anaerobic digestion, energy recovery, digest use and disposal of food wastes.This advert is intended to notify potential Suppliers of the requirement for the provision of Recyclable Materials acceptance, bulking, transfer and processing. The service provision is for both Household and Commercial Waste. The acceptance and bulking Site should be within the Borough of St Helens.
