- Tenders are invited from organisation that have the resources, ability and sufficient capacity to undertake improvements works to Queens Park Pitch in Burnley. Work includes spaying of existing grass cover, topsoil strip, regrading of exposed subsoil to form pitch platforms, replacement of topsoil, primary drainage, sand amelioration, secondary drainage, seed bed preparation, seeding and initial maintenance.as per the requirements as set out in specification of works document prepared by STRI Group Ltd and included as part of the tender pack.
The Contract will commence May/June 2025 for a period of 2 months (ending August 2025), with a 12-month maintenance period until August 2026
