Description : University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation has a requirement for a quality management system to support quality management processes for a number of clinical and non-clinical departments.Quality management processes require the creation, collation and audit of a substantial number of documents and evidence. These documents need to be stored in a controlled manner, whilst allowing auditable access and evidence of review and amendments. In addition to departmental document management there are a number of additional essential requirements relating to non-conformance/quality management, staff qualifications, training and competencies recording and audit preparation and reporting. Suppliers who are able to offer solutions relevant to this requirement are invited to express an interest and respond to a market engagement questionnaire.
