Description : The UEA wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the delivery of specialist business support and mentoring to SMEs in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough participating in the Create Growth Investment Readiness and Business Support Programme. The Dynamic Purchasing System will be made up of a pool of people with knowledge, experience and skills to help growth stage creative businesses achieve their growth aspirations. Create Growth is a 2.5 year business support programme funded by the Department for Digital, Culture and Sport (DCMS), led by New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (NALEP) and Greater Cambridgeshire and Greater Peterborough Combined Authority (GCGP) and delivered by the University of East Anglia (UEA) with delivery partners Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), University of Suffolk (UoS) and Norwich University of the Arts (NUA) .
