North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) are looking to notify the market of a potential future contract opportunity for a provider(s) to deliver care and support for Adults with a Learning Disability, Mental Health and Physical & Sensory Disability within 2 established North Ayrshire Council owned supported accommodation developments. Residents in both lots hold their own tenancy agreement with North Ayrshire Council.This will be split into two lots:Lot 1 - Bessie Dunlop Court, Dalry, KA24 5FALot 2 - Castlecraigs Curt, Glasgow Street, Ardrossan, Ka22 8EPThe anticipated date for publication on PCS-Tender is 2 June 2025, with the start date of 1 April 2026.For additional information, please refer to the questionnaire attached.NAC welcomes expressions of interest from service providers, by completing the questionnaire attached and returning to laurakeane@north-ayrshire.gov.uk before close of business on Friday 30 May 2025.
