- The scope of the procurement is to appoint a Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) approved training provider for Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) refresher training for statutory safety training courses to the Council-s sea staff in accordance with the Manila Convention 2010.The training can be delivered in blocks on-island, off-island or through a combination of on-island/off-island provision. Training Providers must provide all facilities and equipment as required. Full details and scheduling must be provided.
