- HES is looking to appoint a supplier for various maintenance painter work which will include - internal & external gloss painting including all preparation works for (but not limited to) metalwork railings, woodwork windows & doors, emulsion & egg shell internal finishes, hanging lining & wall paper and other general and specialist painting duties on an 'as required basis-. Every precaution must be taken to ensure that the historic fabric of the monument is not compromised during work activity.
