Orkney Islands Council (“the Council”) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide two qualified outdoor activity instructional staff to be available to provide outdoor activity instruction based from the Hoy and Birsay Outdoor Centres within Orkney for the 2026 season with 2 x 12 month options for the 2027 and 2028 seasons, to be held at the Council-s discretion, based on satisfactory performance by the contractor.
