Description:
Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an organisation for the provision of Digital Skills Training for SMEs and Micro Businesses in Birmingham. Birmingham City Council (BCC), through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), is committed to equipping local organisations with the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to thrive in today's digital economy. BCC is inviting proposals from experienced digital training providers and suitably qualified and experienced individuals and organisations to deliver bite-sized, practical digital skills training and Digital Support Vouchers to SMEs and Micro Businesses. The programme aims to strengthen the digital capabilities of local organisations, enabling them to adopt and apply tools that support growth, efficiency, and resilience. The contract(s) being procured have been split into Lots, as follows. Training should cover (but is not limited to): • Lot 1: Cyber Security • Lot 2: Artificial Intelligence (AI) • Lot 3: Web Development • Lot 4: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) • Lot 5: GDPR and Data Compliance • Lot 6: Digital Marketing • Lot 7: Social Media for Marketing • Lot 8: Digital Support Vouchers Bidders may bid for one or more Lots and Lots will be assessed individually with separate contracts will be awarded for each Lot.
