Quotation are invited for Provide Global Child Benefits Tracker for a Duration of 6 Months Our vision is a platform to find useful information and insights relevant to promoting child-benefits globally. We intend to develop a platform featuring compelling and user-friendly visualization including an interactive, online map of the world that users can explore by clicking on countries and learning what child benefits are available. The platform will feature key data and insights on effective coverage and expenditure (e.g. percentage of children receiving child and family cash benefits), child poverty and disparities as well as relevant policies/programmes and prospects. When users click on a country, they will find key figures and statements on child poverty, social protection policy and legislation, coverage, financing and any reforms including on shock-responsive/ adaptive social protection. This may include: a) the name of the scheme/law, b) when the scheme/law/reform was launched and a brief discussion of steps the government took to make this achievement happen, c) who is eligible for the scheme, d) what they are entitled to; and, to the greatest extent possible, e) information on inclusion exclusion/coverage.
