North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) require a contractor to comprise the repair and replacement of defective roof timbers and roof boarding. This includes the removal and replacement of natural slates, leadwork, soffits and fascia's, gutters and downpipes, and the refurbishment of existing rooflights.The anticipated contract start date is 29th September 2025 and the contract duration will be a period of 16 working weeks, thereafter the 12 months defects liability period will commence.The provision of these works will be contracted on SBCC Standard Building Contract With Quantities for use in Scotland (SBC/Q/SCOT) 2016 Edition.
