Description:
The Metropolitan Police intend to establish a Dynamic Market in line with section 35 of the PA23. The market will not include Lots. The Dynamic Market is being established to accelerate how the Metropolitan Police deliver technology and data products to frontline officers. It will establish and bring together a new delivery model, procurement framework, ways of working and rapid prototyping, to work on a series of prioritised initiatives. This to support the Metropolitan Police commitment for A New Met for London, to building More Trust, Less Crime, and Higher Standards. The Dynamic Market is being established to meet current and future operational needs and the Commissioner's transformative change programme, "Precise Policing", and the Digital Data and Technology strategy. This strategy is structured around 6 strategic themes: Foundation, Data, Transformation, Efficiency & Resiliency, Capabilities, and Ways of Working. These act as guides allowing us to: plan, select, deploy and run digital technology that works for the Metropolitan Police.
