Tenders are invited for Pre Tender Market Engagement for the Provision of Rapid Response Domiciliary Care Service in the Northern Health and Social Care Trust (“the Trust”) Area [4916438] CfT CA Unique ID: PaLS-4880 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: The purpose of the PIN is to raise awareness of an upcoming procurement, gauge the level of interest in the provision of such services, make interested providers aware in advance of the key service requirements, and the introduction of Procurement Policy Notes (PPN-s) relating to Social Value and Human Rights that will be included in any future Tender. This Paper has been developed to engage with and receive feedback from the market by outlining the NHSCT-s proposals for the delivery of this service, including the proposed model and key elements of the service, its procurement plans and requirements in advance of any formal tender process.
