Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (FODC) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with an Integrated Consultancy Team to progress a redevelopment of a new Strathroy Community Centre,12 Drumlea Crescent, Omagh, BT79 7XE, through the RIBA stages 0-7 including the full business case approval process. Prior to initiating the procurement, FODC wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process.
