Description : The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a series of short films to promote cycling. The main aim is to have visual material available to showcase the diverse cyclists of Birmingham and the cycling environment within Birmingham. The provider is required to produce the films (and associated tasks), and promotional social media 'teasers' (shorter snippets/trailers).
