Description : The University has a requirement for a contractor to provide a planned maintenance / inspection service to an extensive range of Mechanical, Gas, Air and Refrigerated equipment.Categories of equipment the successful contractor will have to maintain includes but are not limited to:- Air Compressors- Air Conditioning and Chillers- Gas Fired Boilers - Commercial and Domestic- Gas Cookers/Hobs - Domestic- Gas Boosters- Gas Detection Sensors- Humidifiers/Dehumidifiers- Local Exhaust Ventilation systems (incl. fume cupboards)- Steam Boiler- Controlled environment rooms - Cold Water Booster Pumps- LTHW/CHW Pressurisation sets and expansion vessels
