This PIN is to engage with the market only, in preparation for a potential procurement process being undertaken and it is in the early stages of development. The scope of the potential procurement is to cover the full suite of design, construction and associated related services to deliver an exciting Office Space for Accent employees and key stakeholders to work from in Bradford. Accent Housing Ltd has been providing high quality social housing for rent and sale for 50 years. Our ambition is to be recognised as a market leader for the quality of our homes and the effectiveness of our services. Further information regarding Accent may be accessed by viewing our website www.accentgroup.org Accent is aware of the many benefits a well designed and constructed Office Space may deliver such as increased wellbeing, employee satisfaction, business values and increased productivity. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors who specialise in the design and fitout of Office Spaces, by developing our new interior space to support more sustainable and efficient ways of working. The Successful Contractor is expected to deliver all aspects of the works and services ideally by December 2023. The office space is expected to be fully functional and complete, and ready to relocate Accent employees by January/February 2024 (subject to agreement).
