- This tender provides a statement of requirements for a peatland restoration project with a site area of 95 ha (of which 55.8 ha have erosion features that are to be restored) to be delivered on Wildland-s Lynaberack Estate in the Cairngorms National Park. The work will be tendered on a day rate basis. The works will commence in mid-August 2025 with an expected completion date by the start of December 2025 (to avoid being impacted by snow and ice). A minimum of 3 low-ground pressure machines will be needed to complete the project within the required timeline (210 machine days on erosion features).
